Do you only work with Shopify stores?
Shopify is the focus β it's the platform I know best and where I can deliver the most value. That said, if you're on WooCommerce or another platform and considering a move to Shopify, I can help with that transition too.
Do you work with brand new store owners or only established businesses?
Both. Some clients come to me before they've launched a single product. Others have been running their store for years and feel like something isn't working. The problems are different but the approach is the same β figure out what matters most and work on that first.
How many clients do you work with at a time?
I keep it deliberately small. I'm not building an agency β I'm offering direct, hands-on expertise and that requires actually having time to think about your store. If my availability is limited when you reach out, I'll tell you honestly and we can figure out the right time to start.
Are you available for US clients?
Yes. I work with merchants across Canada and the United States. All pricing is in Canadian dollars, which typically works in favour of US clients given the exchange rate.
What does the free discovery call actually involve?
It's 20 minutes. I'll ask about your store, what's working, what isn't, and what you've already tried. By the end you'll have a clearer sense of what to focus on - and an honest answer on whether EcomWise is the right fit. There's no pitch and no obligation.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, if required. Just let me know before we start and I'll have one ready.
