No — hours are monthly and reset each billing cycle. This keeps the membership sustainable and ensures every member gets consistent availability. If you consistently need more hours, upgrading your plan is usually the right move.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All membership plans are month-to-month. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. No cancellation fees.
Do you work with US clients?
Absolutely. EcomWise serves merchants across Canada and the United States. All pricing is in Canadian dollars — US clients are billed at the CAD rate, which typically works in their favour given the exchange.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Membership billing is automated monthly. Project deposits and hourly invoices are issued via email with online payment.
