Most store setups are completed within 5–10 business days depending on the number of products and complexity of shipping/tax configuration.
What do I need to provide for a store setup?
Your products (with images, descriptions, and pricing), your brand assets (logo, colours, fonts), and your business details (ABN/BN, shipping locations, payment preferences). We'll send you a full onboarding checklist after your discovery call.
How is the audit delivered?
As a written PDF report, followed by a 60-minute video call where we walk through every finding together. You'll have both the document to reference and the recording of the call.
Can I implement the audit findings myself?
Yes — the report is written to be actionable without needing a developer for most items. For anything more technical, we can handle implementation through an hourly or membership arrangement.
Do you offer both setup and audit together?
If you've already set up your store yourself and want it reviewed, the audit is the right starting point. We'll identify what needs fixing and you can decide whether to implement it yourself or have us handle it.
